We specialise in the manufacture of axial thread rolling heads, both the rotating and non-rotating types. We also manufacture and sell the thread rolls themselves along with the associated consumables such as carbide bushes, thrust and roller bearings. We supply these for our own heads and for other thread rolling equipment manufacturers.

We use modern production and quality control techniques to maintain our quality standards which ensure consistency, repeatability and interchangeability. Because of this, all our equipment comes with a two year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

All our products are manufactured in Taiwan, as such, we are able to compete favourably with other manufacturers of similar equipment.

• The finished thread is stronger as the grain flow hasn’t been interrupted
